By emailing this form to us, Customers heredby agreed to the following:

(1) All informations provided by the guests were considered accurate. Any rebooking fee needed for any erros made in filling-up this form were payable by the guest. (4) All balances should be settled in full before your travel and please email us the deposit slip for Accounting purposes. (5) Please check immediately the Hotel Voucher and Airplane tickets after we emailed it to you. If we dont received any feedback from you 30days after weve emailed your tickets, we presumed that all details were accurate.
