PROGRAM PERFORMANCE SUMMARY

Once logged in the Pharmacy will see a snapshot of their loyalty performance for the month prior.

CUSTOMER SIGN UP

Note: all the fields marked with an * are mandatory fields.

Sign up a customer directly into the Guardian Club program.

Here you are able to capture additional information for the member including interest groups for the member.

SEARCH FOR A CUSTOMER

Search for members enrolled at your Pharmacy using the Customer search function. It is recommended at a minimum you include the customers first name and surname plus one other criteria such as postcode, to help limit your return data to make it easier to find the member you are looking for.

AFTER YOU SEARCH FOR A MEMBER…

You will be presented with a list of relevant members. Once you have found the correct member click on the customers card number which is a link that will take you to the customers individual customer details.

AFTER YOU LOCATE A MEMBER

Once you’ve found the member you were searching for, click on their card number and you will be presented with a Customer Account Summary.

From here, you will be able to view a customers transaction history, manage their cards or allocate manual transactions (this is only for stores who are unable to process loyalty transactions via their POS system).

CUSTOMER ACCOUNT SUMMARY

In the Customer Account Summary you also have the ability to view and update a members personal details on their behalf as well as manage their opt in / opt out preferences for marketing communications.

CUSTOMER CARD MANAGEMENT

Under the Card Management tab you have the ability to:

1. Issue a replacement card to a member, 2. Merge customer accounts on behalf of the member 3. Issue a secondary card.

LOYALTY DASHBOARDS

The purpose of this report is to frequently update your store with information, highlights of the loyalty activity and sales within your store. These reports will generate monthly, and are based on a 12-month Rolling Year. For example: If the reporting month is January 2016 the report overview will be from December 2015 – January 2016, and comparing this to the previous reporting year of December 2014 – January 2015.

Reporting Highlights: • Total loyalty sales• Average transaction value• Average number of items in basket• Rewards multiplier – Value spent when redeeming points

(3.5 = $10 redemption for a $35 sale)• Visitation frequency• Retention Rate – Shopped last year and this year• New sign ups

The above broken down by Customer Group. Also, a view on contactability by channel.

REPORTS – TRANSACTION REPORT

There are a number of ad-hoc reports that are available on the site for you to be able to run reports at your own convenience.

Transaction level report enables you to view all your loyalty transactions for a specified time period.

These can be drilled down to purchase, refund or redemption level.

Transaction Listing report includes

• Purchases• Refunds • Redemptions

REPORTS – CUSTOMER ENROLMENT

View the number of members who have been signed up to loyalty at your store by running a customer enrolment report.

Here you will able to see who your top performing staff members are at signing up loyalty members.

REPORTS – CUSTOMER FREQUENCY

Knowing who your most frequent customers are can be a real benefit at increasing a members engagement with your store.

Here you are able to run a list of the members who visit you most.

MANUAL TRANSACTIONS

This page is not required for the majority of stores, only the few that are unable to be upgraded - see separate communication for stores who are unable to process transactions via their POS system.
