What makes CUSTOMS Info’s duty data Different?

“CUSTOMS Info evaluates each individual customer’s needs. Not every company needs the same data set. Some need more, some

less. Trade content is not just a checkbox on the RFP” Ron Lackey, President CUSTOMS Info

NAFTA Rules of Origin (ROO) for SAP GTS

CUSTOMS Info has integrated the NAFTA Rules of Origin (ROO) documentation into the GTS schema.

Quickly reference ROO documentation empowering GTS users to make more accurate trade decisions. We have encoded the Rules of Origin to enable users of SAP GTS to analyze the requirements entirely within GTS. The schema is based on the HTS code at 2, 4, 6, or 8 digit level as applicable to the specific rule. It then parses the rules out identifying: • The types of tariff shifts accepted by each rule, • What HTS codes are excluded by each rule, • What HTS codes are included by each rule, • What special conditions are applicable, • What regional value content requirements apply, • Descriptions of content restrictions where a rule applies only to certain items within an HTS
