NOTIFICATION

Delhi, the 19th September, 2013

No F 1(39)/2011 -Archives /1139 . - ln exercise of the powers conferred by the provision to article 309 of the Constitution of India read with Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs Notification No F 27/59-Him(i), dated the 13th July, 1959 and in supersession of the existing recruitment rules for the post of Assistant Archivist, Grade-I which was notified vide notification No.2(12)/72-Serv,ces-ll dated 11th September, 1972 except as respects done or omitted to be done before such supersession^ the Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi after prior consultation of the Union Public Service Commission is pleased to make the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Assistant Archivist, Grade-I in the Department of Delhi Archives, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, namely:-

1. Short Title and Commencement. - (1) These rules may called Department of Delhi Archives, Assistant Archivist, Grade-I Recruitment Rules, 2013.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of Posts, its classification and Pay Band and Grade Pay/ Scale of Pay. - The number of the said post, its classification and the Pay band and Grade Pay/ Scale of pay attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualification etc..-The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post, shall be as specified in the columns (5) to (13) of the Schedule aforesaid.

4. Disqualifications. - No persons -(a) Who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or (b) Who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax. - Where the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi is of opinion that if necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing, and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

6. Saving. - Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Ex-Servicemen, Other Backward Classes and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi from time to time in this regard.

study leave or under other circumstances for a duration of one year or more may be filled on deputation basis from officers of Central Government holding analogous posts on regular basis and possessing the qualifications prescribed for direct recruits under Col.7" (Period of deputation including period of deputation in another Ex-Cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization/ Department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not to exceed three years. The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall be not exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications). NOTE: For the purpose of appointment on deputation basis, the service rendered on a regular basis by an officer prior to 1st January, 2006 (The date from which the revised pay structure based on the 6th Central Pay Commission recommendations has been extended) shall be deemed to be service rendered in the corresponding grade pay / Pay Scale extended based on the recommendations of the Pay Commission except where there has been merger of more then one pre-revised scale of pay into one grade with a common grade pay/ pay scales, and where this benefit will extend only for the post(s) for which

Delhi, the 19th September, 2013

No.F. 7(9)/l l /L&B/LA/MRTS/10123.—Whereas, the Lt. Governor, Delhi is satisfied that land is required to be taken by Government at the public expense for a public purpose namely construction of Janakpuri (West) Kalindi Kunj Corridor of Delhi MRTS Project, Phase-Ill-acquisition of G.K.-I, G.K.II, Greater Kailash Enclave Area 10489.18 sqm. village Bahapur, District Kalkaji, New Delhi. It is, he reby, notified that the land in the locality described in the specifica-tion below is likely to be acquired for the above purpose.

This declaration is made under the provisions of Section 6 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 in respect of the land notified u/s 4 of L.A. Act, 1894 vide Notification No.F. 7(9)/ l l /L&B/LA/MRTS/9786 dated 13-9-2013 to all whom it may concern. Under the provisions of Section 7 of the said Act, the Land Acquisition Collector (South East), Delhi is hereby directed to take orders f o r t h e acquisition of the said land.

of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, the Lt. Governor, Delhi is pleased to direct the Land Acquisition Collector (South East), Delhi to take possession of land the specification of which is given in this Notification u/s 4 No. F. 7(9)/ l l /L&B/LA/MRTS/9786 dated 13-9-2013 and u/s 6 No.F. 7(9)/l 1 /L&B/LA/MRTS 10123 dated 19-9-2013 on expiration of 15 days from publication of the notice under sub-section (1) of section 9 of the said Act.
