Download the Sync application for Outlook from Toodledoo
The Sync application is provided by Chromatic Dragon.

Install and configure
There is a great setup guide at Chromatic Dragon – Just follow the instructions. http://www.chromadrake.com/ChromaticDragon/software/ToodledoSyncInfo.aspx
If your coming from inside your corporate firewall you will need some help here.
Otherwise, just input you Toodledo ID Number and go with the default configuration.
Check the option to pin Sync to your task bar

Sync & Smile
Right click on the Toodledoo sync icon and select manual sync. Wait a few minutes, Check out the clouds. Check on Toodledoo – Hopefully your tasks are ready and waiting.

Tasks on your iPhone
Skip over to the iTunes store. Download the Toodledoo app. Install and configure (enter your Toodledo ID).
Your Outlook TASK categories will be Displayed as Toodledoo CONTEXTS.
You are now ready to roll out GTD using Your iPhone and Outlook Tasks.
