WELCOME AND TIMELINE

Dear candidate, You will be able to use all your creativity when creating and designing your own application form for AIESEC International Global Support Teams 2014-2015. The process has been designed to help you step out of the crowd and feel completely comfortable with your application making sure that it reflects you; it reflects your personality and your perspectives. The aim of this questionnaire is to give us the opportunity to get to know you as a person and as an ‘AIESECer’. Your thoughts, aims and strategies are very important for us in order to make the right choice. Working within an international team striving for common goals for the global association is a very rewarding and learning experience. Enclosed in this document you will find additional information to prepare you for the application and selection process. APPLICATION PROCESS The applications for the Global Support Teams 2014-2015 are divided into three parts, and we will be expecting three PDF files: 1. CV: Give us the all important and relevant information we need to know about you, your AIESEC career, other jobs you have had, your contact details etc. You can use a maximum of one (1) page to create your CV. 2. Questionnaire (General and Specific Questions): These questions should not take more than four (4) pages. 3. Endorsement Letter – An endorsement letter from your AIESEC Entity. If you are applying for more than one position or team, make sure you attach a different file with the answers to the specific questionnaire for the additional position (second option) that you will be running for.

GLOBAL TXP SUPPORT TEAM

1. Team Purpose To support AI Operations team by supporting entities in customizing and implementing TM strategies for their realities to drive their operations

2. Bottom-lines # Entities coached % Plan achievement (MoS and TM KPIs) of coached entities % Implementation TM strategies

3. Specific deliverables - Coaching entities in implementation of Team Minimums, HR BI goal setting and supporting TM strategies driving operations

- Supporting MCVP's TM regularly -

4. Structure of the GST 6 team members (1 per region)

GLOBAL MARKETING TASK FORCE

1. Team Purpose Support and boost the organizational growth through the development and role-modeling implementation of programme-based global marketing strategies and guidelines.

2. Bottom-lines - Programme marketing strategies developed

- Conversion Metrics Growth for the specific Programme

3. Specific deliverables - The GST activity will be mainly divided in two phases.

- Phase I - Strategy development: weekly chats with AI to co-create marketing strategies for the specific programme. - Expected workload: 5 hours per week. (Chats + research + strategy development) - Duration: from 2 two 4 weeks - Phase II - Strategy implementation: implement the strategy in your own entity + coaching specific target entities (up to 5) on the same. - Expected workload: 3-4 hours per week (Entity chats, AI Reporting, GCP Collection) - Duration: from the end of Phase 1 unti January, 6th (before AI Replanning) * Role could be confirmed for the second semester, if both parties agree. * There may be the possibility of facilitating some regional conferences or to visit Rotterdam for strategic meetings. (To be agreed with AI and MCP)

your role in order to achieve the targets set?

Global TXP Support Team 1. Define what are the 3 main challenges of implementing TM strategies globally and propose at least 1 solution. 2. Which would be your region of preference, what is the main challenge you find there and how would you solve it? 3. Why are you interested in working in this team and what would be your contribution?

Lead Task Force – Team members 1. Define what are the 3 main challenges of implementing LEAD in entities and propose at least 1 solution 2. How do you see LEAD contributing to AIESEC 2015 and what ideas do you have about its implementation? 3. Why are you interested in working in this team and what would be your contribution?

1. What are the three main changes that, in your opinion, will affect the Marketing Area, seen the fundamental changes that our organization is going through and the new Customer Flows?

2. Please consider oGCDP, iGCDP, oGIP and iGIP. Which do you think is the main Marketing-related challenge that prevents each of those programmes from growing as much as they could? Please consider them from a Global perspective. (One challenge per programme)
