A very fine dense mist (micro-droplets of median diameter of 2.5mµ, 95% of them being of smaller sizes than 5µm) is mixed with active products of natural and biological origin: essential oil from flower and vegetal, natural essence, non-pathogenic micro-organism, biodegradable surfactant….

The mixed solution, injected in canopies plenums behind the filters, will be extracted in the same time as the polluted particles by the fan along the ducting following the same way and path.

The micro-droplets will settle themselves exactly in the same places as the grease, oil, fat and others organics matters, will biodegrade them by biological disintegration of their carbonic structure in water and carbonic gas, leaving a biomass infinitely small (much smaller that the bacteria) which will be evacuated by the air flow and absorbed by nature. (krebs cycle)

The smelly particles will be trapped in the neutralization solution “molecule cages” preventing the spreading of unpleasant odours.
