Consists 7 directors in which 3 are independent directors. Held at least once in each quater. The Board meetings has been held for 7 times with qualified participation since the third Board was established on June,22nd,2017.

Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee were founded on June.22nd,2017. Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee consist all independent directors since June,22nd,2017. The Audit Committee meeting has been held for 7 times, and Remuneration Committee meeting has been held for 4 times with all qualified participation.

The Company has established the "Integrity Code of Practice" and "Ethical Code of Conduct"

to follow the rules, so that the directors and employees of the Company can understand the

company's ethical standards and conduct business activities in accordance with the

principles of fairness, honesty, trustworthiness and transparency, and implement the

integrity management policy.

The company has announced the contact mode of the stakeholders on the enterprise website.
