Air regulator (NEUERO concept), ensures optimum balance between grain handling,

air speed and power.

Airlock made of cast iron body and welded rotor. Rotor blades made of thick steel

plates (8 mm) strongly assembled and welded. Blades fit with thick lining of tungsten

carbide welds. Tungsten carbide provides the maximum hardness for optimum wear

proof behavior.

Hardness: 6.35 deep in heart and 7.18 on the crust on the Mohs scale.

It handles millions of tons without perpetual and problematic grinding of knifes with

hazardous repositioning. Drive fit with sliding clutch overcoming blockage in presence

of foreign materials, with V belt transmission and hydraulic gear.

Cyclone ensuring efficient collect of the seeds before the blowers and discharge

into the airlock. Constituted of two parts, the cylindrical barrel with cyclonic volute

and the conical discharge. Made of carbon steel with due wear proof inner lining sheets

of manganese steel. Provided with visit door and with intern separator against grain

escape into the blower. That cyclone is mounted on a sturdy swiveling frame fitted with

heavy duty bearing and hydraulic drive ensuring large scanning movement on 200° of

the whole suction head above holds of product, without fragile flexible entry, without

grain breakage

Alternatively, dust collecting cyclone-filter can be installed instead of single

cyclone. Such filter suits either for highly abrasive materials and for collecting dust

when GSD is operating in single suction process.

Travelling framework:

Sturdy frame provided with:

4 pivoting and adjustable stabilization jacks providing stable and safe

operation on sea vessels, even for transshipment in deep sea.

Easy lifting by 4 eyes in the edges

Free movability with sturdy puling bar and swiveling frame enabling 90°

steering on both sides

Large inflatable tires help for withstanding poor quay soils

Brake for safe parking and positioning

Sturdy construction enabling free pulled travel on road and on quay

Front suction boom and rear blowing boom : For self-support and lifting of suction

and blowing pipes: o Full extent covers a distance of 16,5 or 18 meters with standard combined

machines.

o Front boom is part of the suction head with cyclone and suction pipe. It slews on

a 200° area for straight suction without flexible brakes.

o Slewing loading arm is sized and shaped to cover large lorries and offer full and

direct loading of either trucks and lorries or railcars.
