    documented organi#ational needs o% the , organi#ation 1ased on

    mem1ership si#e/ its o:ce or e&uipment re&uirements/ the e(tent o% 0nancial

    support ;the organi#ation< receies %rom other sources/ or the production

    costs associated with a particular eent , the ;organi#ation< typically

    sponsors' Such sponsored eents supported in whole or in part 1y

    compulsory campus-1ased %ees< need not aoid controersial political!
