Acquisition Career Management Information System (ACMIS) Created under The Clinger-Cohen Act (41 USC 433 (d)) to keep training records on all agency acquisition workforce System contains training, experience, educational records and warrant information for acquisition professionals and has query and report capability.
WHAT IS ACMIS
All Positions in the GS-1102 Contracting Series and non-DOD uniformed personnel Contracting Officers All Positions in GS-1105 Purchasing Series All Contracting Officer Representatives or Contracting Officer Technical Representatives or equivalent positions
WHO USES ACMIS
WHY USE ACMIS Assists agencies in collecting and maintaining information on the acquisition workforce. Allows managers to access ACMIS information to make decisions about budgeting, staffing, and training. Allows employees to easily access and update education, training, and other career information records.

REGISTRATION Access to the reporting tool requires a separate user name and password from the user name and password created within the ACMIS system.
Acquisition Career Managers and Agency Administrators can request access to the reporting tool by contacting the ACMIS helpdesk [email protected] or (703)805-2300, Option 2.
