– The CC-C (PDF417) can be variable length (according to length of linear symbol)

– Unique GS1 Identifier
– Not Omnidirectional– *Laser/CCD Scanner for Linear

Summary of Legal Impact
• Information must be available:- on or through website prior to purchase; and- without charge to the consumer.
• Cannot sell online without providing required information.
• Website owner will have to ensure consumer can access information.
• Advisable that Brand owner makes information available to retailer in a website friendlyformat.
• A co-operative system between brand owner and retailer is required to ensure accurate andcomplete information.
