PROYECTO “RODEO”

RODEO (Robust Development of Organisations ) is an “Information Society Technologies” European Commission co-sponsored project to investigate ‘Robust Development of Organizations. The project consortium is formed by 7 industrial partners, 4 research partners, and a technological partner from different countries in the EU, Israel and Switzerland. The main objective of this project is:

To provide solutions, methods and approaches to meet the business development needs of organizations in multi-enterprise situations operating in turbulent environments.

The RODEO project will focus on the three intertwined aspects of the management discipline: Strategy Formulation; Organization Design and Performance Management.

HEATCONDUCTIVES (“New High Heat Conducting Materials and Manufacturing Processes for Improved Efficiency of Heat Management and Packaging Components in Electronics”)(“Co-operative Research Project”)

The main objective of this project is:

To develop a new high heat conducting composite material which is a copper combined with extremely heat conductive carbon nanofibres (Cu/C) for its use in a vast range of different industrial devices in order to enable a more efficient heat removal in power electronics. The project is divided into seven workpackages, including the Project Management and the Exploitation and Dissemination activities.

PROYECTO “SFIN”

NMP-2007-1.2-1 SFIN (High impact, clean, reliable, and safe production of nanopowder and complex multiphased nanocomposites)(Large collaborative project)

The pursued scientific-technological objectives of this project will consist of:

-Development of the necessary knowledge to control thermodynamics and kinetics of the chemical-physical process taking place during the large scale synthesis processes selected for this project: floating catalyst technology, plasma technology (quenching and reactive synthesis) and Chemical reaction(microemulsion, gel combustion and molecular reaction).

-Design pilot lines for selected laboratory synthesis routes reproducing the outstanding laboratory scaled results.

-Study the necessary conditioning of synthesized multiphase nanostructured powders for specific targeted applications, like dental and orthopaedic implants.

-Produce complex nanostructured nanocomposite powders with high reliability and in a clean way. (non rheological deviations)

-Produce complex nanostructured nanocomposite powders in a safe way (health, and environment from an industrial point of view). Solvents, gases, etc. recycled 100%.

La entrada en el Sistema de Financiación a la Innovación de los Programas Europeos es larga y compleja.

Es necesario dar ese paso, si se tiene una cierta experiencia en las Actuaciones Nacionales y Locales.

La incorporación a este tipo de Programas supone un beneficio no sólo económico.

La iniciativa CENIT, es un gran avance a la hora de acercarse a la dinámica de programas en Consorcio.

Buen Consejo: iniciar el camino de la mano de partnersexperimentados.
