The spaces are divided by the staircases meanwhile createconnections between them with the use of unfied interior design

The base of the 120 year-old complex are kept and only the necessary changes are issued. the original values are hightened and complemented with contemporary layers.

cleaned-out unnecessary walls and structures to have a clean slate for the additional design. the gardens and park around the complex give a breath of fresh air in the middle of the complicated downtown fabric.

different impression in every room and garden. sensing the different eras of the building. intention for experimental archi-tecture.

Cleaned-out spaces give a layout which can be equipped in many different ways.
