GroupWise1. Setting DELETE Key– Go to GROUPWISE PREFERENCES– On the GENERAL tab, make sure “Item Deletion”

method is set to DELTE KEY and not DEL Key

• Reset your bookmarks!– Launch Safari– Go to BOOKMARKS SHOW ALL– Find the FPS SITES folder (click arrow to expand)– Click on address for FPS WebAccess (wait), Click again

and rename to correct address.– Click ENTER to lock in change

LightSpeed2. Authenticate/Login vs. Requesting unblocking of website

1) FP & FHS: Login with your “network” login to authenticate a site that might be blocked for students but not for staff.

2) If still blocked, SUBMIT FOR REVIEW. If needed ASAP, mark URGENT in your message.

3) Test sites for class beforehand (2-days notice if possible to unblock a site)

4) Students submitting for review? Teacher should be.

Blocked content for staff: Adult Language, Alcohol, Drugs, Pornography,

Violence, Gambling, Security Risks (spyware, viruses, pay per click hosting sites, hacking)
