† A set menu will be used consisting of a set salad, choice of 2 entreés and choice of 2 desserts. The mid-ship dining room will be the first choice of placement. On European and summer-time sailings, seating times will be 5:30 pm and 7 pm only (5:30 pm only on Norwegian Epic).

1 Because of the small size of specialty restaurants, groups larger than 60 cannot be accommodated in one restaurant. They may be split among two or more restaurants. Specialty restaurant cover charges for group reservations must be pre-paid before the start of the cruise. The cover charges are non-refundable. Reservation requests should be submitted to your Group Event Planner for confirmation. The Corporate Restaurant Manager or Manager of Restaurant Operations will confirm all times and locations.

Booking a group with Norwegian is simple. We offer three distinct Group Types. And, no matter which of

the three types your group fits into, the final payment is due 75 days prior to sailing.

FIT (individual) staterooms can be moved to a group up to seven days prior to sailing.* If the group rates

are lowered, the new lower rates can be applied to an existing group up to final payment time. Guest

Facing Amenities are now protected to the first stateroom booked. And Freestyle Dining is also

available to groups.

When you’re ready, you can request group space one of three ways:

Group Reservations frequently asked questions.

How do I build a marketing plan for my group?

Partner with your Business Development Manager or Business Development Specialist from the beginning. They will assist with any of your marketing needs from the moment you book until the ship sets sail to guarantee the success of your group.

Are group rates locked in so that we can market confidently?

Yes.

If group rates drop, will we be allowed to convert existing groups to the new rates?

Yes. If Norwegian Cruise Line comes out with lower group rates than your group is currently contracted for, we will allow you to convert the existing group to the new pricing upon request as long as you are outside of the cancellation fee period.

If FIT rates go below group rates, will we be allowed to convert all group delegates to the lower rate?

If there is an overall reduction in FIT (not promotional rates, interline, military or resident rates) then we can adjust the rates for booked delegates as well as unsold space up to the time of final payment.

Will FIT staterooms that are moved into an existing group count towards my T/C?

Yes. All staterooms booked in FIT and moved into a group will be applied towards your T/C. The maximum number of staterooms allowed to be moved into any single group is 50.

Will there be any restrictions on moving FIT staterooms into a group based on the sailing’s color code (i.e. red, green and yellow)?

No. There are no color code restrictions for FIT inclusions.

Can I block groups via bookncl.com?

Yes, just log into bookncl.com and click on Request Group Space.

Do you have information on your group program within NCL U?

Yes, there is a dedicated Groups Elective in the curriculum included.

Do you still have two separate areas for groups? Pre-finalization and finalization?

Yes, both can be reached at 800.327.7030.
