Chef's Salad1 bunches endive2 small bunches water cress1 head lettuce2 small stalks celery10 anchovies3 tomatoes, peeled3 hard-cooked eggsCut salad greens into pieces, and place in mixing bowl. Arrange anchovies and quarters of tomato and egg over top. Serve with salad Dressing.
