BUDGET Facilities/equipment Number Cost

Professional photographer £250x4 days £800

writers X4 £1800

Computers £160X4 3 days £640

software £200

The reason why we haven’t used all our money is that we can use it in emergencies if problems occur i.e if we aren’t happy with the layout for magazine which will cost more from the publishing as we are late with our agreement for final publication date. The reason why we have spent more on the practical side of the production ie photographer, software, publisher and writers is because we want to maximise the end product so that it will look professional and meet the clients demands.
