Introduction
The Taj as a brand has gradually evolved
over the years. Taj holidays is the vacation
brand of Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces.
The brand caters to holiday and leisure
seekers who compromise the affluent and
the so called mass- affluent mass. With a
tag line -"It stays with you",the brand
promises to create unique experiences and
life long memories...
Target Audience
The Psychographics.
They are the customers who love the 'good
life' and are the true patrons of
art and culture.
That are well traveled customers who seek
a healthy work life balance and want to re-
connect with himself and/or his loved ones.
They are also families who see the holiday
experience as that "one connecting"
experience- a private time off
with the family.
Or they could be couples who see it as an
'quiet experience',an 'adventure together'
or simply a 'get-away from their urban life'.
Concept
Propostition - Happy Stories.
Happiness is addictive. Everything, you come across happy situations,
they make you feel happy. A more so feel good factor. Taj holidays is
about this happy feeling. So we pick everyday situations or situations
from life that spreads a happy feeling. The calender is to give out
happiness and feel good factor everytime you look at it. So as Taj
would say it, every moment is a story. A happy story.
After being to Taj you will always tend to love and look at the happy
situations. So the happy stories in the calender brings smile and a
good day which stays with you. Happy stories stay with you.
