The discussion has to be carried out by the members of the group with the intention of facilitating exchange of various individuals of the group.

informal conversation among a group of people.

In a formal, scheduled discussion between eight

to ten discussants each person expresses his or

her views on a particular subjects.

It is now used widely as a kind of personality test
