every branch.• Everyone will be happy.
• Having equal rights can be done
• But not in every country.
• We should research further in to this matter to avoid mistakes.
Green Hat
• What if we set up a trial policy for equal rights.
• Do it in a few branches in a few countries.
• Every hat gave good points.
• Equal rights for women can be done.
• We should try the green hat’s suggestion.
• Offices in 66 countries.
• Company avoids promoting females executives for senior positions.
• No policies behind these actions.
• Over 50% of employees are female.
