Steps for PHO health promotion programme development:
![Page 14: Group 2 Report](https://reader035.fdocuments.us/reader035/viewer/2022070407/563dbafa550346aa9aa9363d/html5/thumbnails/14.jpg)
![Page 15: Group 2 Report](https://reader035.fdocuments.us/reader035/viewer/2022070407/563dbafa550346aa9aa9363d/html5/thumbnails/15.jpg)
![Page 16: Group 2 Report](https://reader035.fdocuments.us/reader035/viewer/2022070407/563dbafa550346aa9aa9363d/html5/thumbnails/16.jpg)
![Page 17: Group 2 Report](https://reader035.fdocuments.us/reader035/viewer/2022070407/563dbafa550346aa9aa9363d/html5/thumbnails/17.jpg)
![Page 18: Group 2 Report](https://reader035.fdocuments.us/reader035/viewer/2022070407/563dbafa550346aa9aa9363d/html5/thumbnails/18.jpg)
Suggested basis for developing and assessing PHO health promotion programmes:

The programme should demonstrate that:
• health promotion does not happen in isolation and takes a long-term view.
• it is part of the overall public health/health promotion picture.
• it is not funded from any other sources.
• its intended scope with an appropriate level of detailed description.
