Modelul conceptual –Site Conceptual Modelpe baza studiilor existente si a investigatiilor de teren se obtin informatii referitoare la:• caracteristici hidrogeologice:

• geometria acviferului• tipul matricii solului cu referire la homogenitatea, isotropie

• nivelul apei, directia de curgere, zone de alimentare si descarcare

• regimul de curgere (laminar, non-laminar)

• proprietatile apei (chimism, densitate, vascozitate, etc)

• caracteristici hidrologice

• caracteristici climatice, • utilizarea terenurilor

prea complex/prea simplificat

modelul nu reprezinta o copie a proceselor din natura ci doar o simplificare

rezultatele trebuie sa se concretizeze nu in valori unice ci in intervale pentru debite, fluxuri, concentratii, etc
