The opportunity exists to select the optimum site, to design the most effective layout, to establish firm cost parameters, and to select the most appropriate building materials.

After assisting the client with their site selection, the Delin Property team will manage and coordinate the architectural/engineering design of the building, process the plans through the various government agencies

for permitting, and construct the facility in accordance with the predetermined budget and schedule.

“Single Point of Accountability” is the heart of our design/build approach. We assign a senior level team member to serve as your single point of contact throughout the duration of the project.

Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do and thus fundamental to our (re)development approach.

We follow a philosophy of responsible environmental design throughout the construction and operation of our assets to minimise the impact on the environment by reducing energy consumption and waste. The best-in-class materials and the newest technologies are being used, i.e. air/air heat pumps, LED lights switching on/off by motion detection and an information platform which will enable to respond proactively to matters such as energy and maintenance. The roof is prepared for solar panels and when installed they will provide energy for the operation of the distribution centre.

This also contributes to the financial performance of our customers and to the reduction of their ecological footprint.

K CASE STUDYIn Son and Breugel we installed 15,316 solar panels on the roof of ourdistribution centre occupied by Rhenus Contract Logistics. Every yearmore than 4,000,000 kWh will be generated. This solar power project was realised by KiesZon in 2017 and was at that time the largest single roof solar power project in the Netherlands.
