Que.1:TECHNIQUES TO MAINTAIN AND IMPROVE THE CONDITION
OF SKIN?Ans: There are five basic skin
types:- Normal Skin Oily Skin Acne prone Skin Combination Skin Dry Skin
NORMAL SKIN• Normal skin has an
even tone with a soft, smooth texture. Although on the majority of what is considered normal skin there are no visible pores or blemishes and no greasy patches or flaky areas, the surface is clear, fine-textured, supple, and smooth to the touch. Normal skin glows from good blood circulation and excellent overall health.
OILY SKIN• Oily skin is typically
thicker than normal skin.It has a greasy slippery texture and its prone to develop Acne. Oily skin has less sensitivity to chemicals. Pores are medium to large in size and some times become clogged with a sebaceous material that causes blackhead, whitehead or blemishes.
ACNE PRONE SKIN• Acne is the term for
plugged pores (blackheads and whiteheads), pimples, and even deeper lumps that occur on the face, neck, chest, back, shoulders and even the upper arms. Acne affects most teenagers to some extent. However, the disease is not restricted to any age group; adults in their 20s - even into their 40s - can get acne. acne can be upsetting and disfiguring.
COMBINATION SKIN• combination skin means that your face most likely has an oily
zone that includes your forehead, nose, and chin, while the
rest of your skin has normal to dry patches. If you were to draw a
line through these areas, it would look like the letter "T"
hence, the commonly used beauty term, the T-Zone. The T-Zone is oilier than the rest of your face because it
has a higher percentage of oil
glands.
DRY SKIN• Dry skin has a low
level of sebum and can be prone to
sensitivity. It usually feels "tight" and uncomfortable.
Dryness is exacerbated by wind,
extremes of temperature and air-conditioning, all of
which cause the skin to flake, chap and
feel tight. This type of skin is tightly
drawn over bones. It looks dull, especially
on the cheeks and around the eyes.
MY SKIN TYPEMy skin type is combination & I am doing three
simple steps to improve my skin daily.
CLEANSING (pH Neutral). TONING (100% alcohol free). MOISTURIZING (water base). METHODFirst I wash my face with face wash.Then I apply toner with the help of
cotton.Then I apply moisturizer.
STEPS OF DEEP CLEANSING• I do deep cleansing once a week. The steps of deep cleansing is:-
Cleansing. Toning. Scrub:- oatmeal powder ½ tsp
chandan powder ½ tsp turmeric powder 2 pinch neem essential oil 2 drops mix all the ingredients with rose water. Apply on face & keep it for
5 min & take hot water steam. Then scrub gently on upward direction for two min. Then rinse it thoroughly.
face pack:- kaolin1 tsp chandan powder ½ tsp turmeric powder 2 pinch neem essential oil 2 drops orange essential oil 2 drops mix all the ingredients with rose water. apply on face & keep it for 15-20 min.
Then rinse it thoroughly.
Que.2:-TECHINQUES TO MAINTAIN AND IMPROVE THE CONDITION OF HAIR?
Ans: There are three types of scalp:-
Oily scalp- Identified in 1-2 days.
Normal scalp- Identified in 3-4 days.
dry scalp- identified after 5 days.
MY SCALP TYPE• My scalp type is normal & I have no problem in
my hair. For care of my hair I use Pantene shampoo & conditioner daily.
I do deep conditioning once a week. The steps of deep conditioning is:-
DEEP CONDITIONING i. first I apply a shampoo on my hair & then I wash
it.ii. Squeeze extra water, and then apply a
conditioner on hair.iii. Take hot towel steam for 5 minutes.iv. Then wash it.
Que.3:-Write suitable diet with justification with a weekly menu.
My Height & Weight
Height is : 166.5cm {166.5/2.5=66.6inch}
Weight is : 55kg {55*2.5=137.5 pounds}
I am under weight by 5kgs

66+(6.3*weight in pounds)+(12.9*height in inches)-(6.7*age in years) 66+(6.3*137.5)+(12.9*66.6)-(6.7*18) =1670.79
I am sedentary person:- BMR+20%of BMR 1670.79+(20/100*1670.79) 1670.79+334.158 2004.948+500 { As I have to gain weight that’s why I am taking =2504.948 500 calories extra.}

My height is 66.6 inch & my weight is 137.5Pounds. I am under weight & this is notSuitable for my height. So I have to gainWeight so I am doing these exercise.

Que.5:-Why do you think its important to present yourself as a professional in an interview?
