It is well supplied with coffee shops and areas for students to relax. The University is well served by public transport as well.
The classes are interesting and entertaining, and the teachers are friendly and helpful. I play in a social soccer team at Griffith and have represented GELI in an International Student’s Competition which was great fun. Academic and Professional ProgramsAcademic and Professional Programs are customised programs for ten or more participants. The programs develop English language profi ciency and offer the opportunity for professional development and cultural activities.
Programs include as little or as much English language tuition depending on the requirements of each group. The duration of programs is fl exible depending on the desired outcome.
Our groups are looked after from the moment they arrive, greeted by our professional and friendly staff. We also encourage groups to take up the offer of Homestay to practise English conversation and be further exposed to the ‘real’ Australian lifestyle.
General English for Groups provides the choice of studying in a ‘closed’ classroom or in different classes with other GELI students from all over the world. For groups in a ‘closed’ classroom, the English program can be customised to focus on a particular area.
