Gear pumps and motors meet a wide range of mobile and industrial applica ons. SAE and EUROPEAN moun ng flanges and rear

covers are available in both cast iron and aluminum for reduced weight. The extruded aluminum body houses single piece gear,

bush of pressure balancing that provides the highest volumetric and overall efficiencies available. Excep onally large bearings

make possible the most complete range of drive sha s in spline, parallel keyed, and tapered versions to meet all SAE, DIN

The BMS2 series motor adapts the advanced GERO R™ gear set design with DISC distribution o w and high pressure. These motors can be supplied with various options for multifunctional operations in accordance with the application requirements. Technical Specifications

The BMK6 series motor adapts the advanced ROLORTORC™ gear set design with DISC distribution ow and high pressure. These motors can be supplied with various options for multifunctional operations in accordance with the application requirements. The output shaft tapered roller bearings permit high axial and radial forces offering a smooth operation during low pressure start up and high pressure operation.

These low weight advanced construction design motors are manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9000-2000 quality system.

Model CBT is a HI/LO hydraulic gear pump with 12 displacement combinations with maximum pressures of 900 psi for the low pressure pump and 3000 psi for the high pressure pump. The change from LO to HI pressure is automatic with the LO pressure preset from 400 to 900 psi (preset at approx. 450 psi). The HI/LO pump is all cast iron. Applications for HI/LO pumps include log splitters, presses, etc. where rapid movement of the cylinder at low pressure is required prior to automatically switching to the high pressure mode to meet load requirements.

Model CBT is a HI/LO hydraulic gear pump offers maximum pressures of 900 psi for the low pressure pump and 3000 psi for the high pressure pump. The change from LO to HI pressure is automatic with the LO pressure preset from 400 psi to 900 psi (preset at approx. 850 psi). The HI/LO pump is all cast iron. Applications for HI/LO pumps include log splitters, presses, etc. where rapid movement of the cylinder at low pressure is required prior to automatically switching to the high pressure mode to meet load requirements.

Model CB-PTO is a rear-ported, Power Take Off gear pump constructed with cast iron end plates and an aluminum center section. This pump offers a 9.76 in3/rev (160 cm3/rev) displacement and higher ows at reduced engine rpm as compared to other PTO pumps. Standard drive is 1 3/8”diameter 21-tooth female spline.

Model LKF is a full-range pressure compensating variable flow control. It is designed so that the orifice area varies as the lever is rotated. The outlet flow is smooth and constant regardless of the pressure on the control flow or excess flow ports. An adjustable ball spring relief allows for pressure compensated flow up to the pressure setting on the relief. Relief valves are preset at 1500 psi and field adjustable from 75 to 3000 psi.
