16 May 2016 Owner/Occupier Dear Sir/Madam, RE: CHANGES TO ROAD CONDITIONS ON GREVILLE, KING AND PORTER STREETS, PRAHRAN We are writing to advise of temporary changes to road conditions required to implement the three month temporary trail on Greville, King and Porter Street Prahran from Monday morning 23 May, 2016 until Saturday morning 28 May. Please note, these dates are subject to change determined by poor weather conditions. The temporary changed traffic conditions will be signed and implemented in accordance with the VicRoads Worksite Traffic Management Code of Practice with manned intersections where required. This will ensure the safety of road users and pedestrians. Specific changes to traffic conditions are: Location Details Greville Street 1. Changed traffic flow between Porter Street and Izett Street to one-way traffic flow west bound from 7 AM Monday 23 May 2. Closed to vehicle traffic between Grattan Street and Izett Street from 7 AM Monday 23 May until 7 AM Wednesday 25 May. Residential access to the laneway will be maintained during this time. Pedestrian access on both footpaths will be maintained Porter Street Closed to vehicle traffic between Greville Street and Leggetts Lane from 7 AM Monday 23 May until 7 AM Wednesday 25 May. Porter Street will operate as two way flow from High Street to Leggets Lane to assist with residential access to Leggetts Lane and Percy Street during this time. Pedestrian access on both footpaths will be maintained King Street King Street will be closed between Chapel Street and Little Chapel Street from traffic from 7 AM Wednesday 25 May for the duration of the 3 month trial. Pedestrian access on both footpaths and residential parking access will be maintained Affected roads will be reopened as soon as it is deemed safe to do so.
