Developed and implemented the supply chain strategy for the complex Southern Africa region.
Collaborated with the various commercial and GMS stakeholders to entrench the Demand Review Management process (including implementing ModCF/SAP APO), in line with the CCC, across the region, where KPI’s are now measured and tracked and corrective action taken to address gaps.
