ProcedureOpening Operational hours Closing

Clock in. Check equipment room and pressure gauges. check tunnel.

Bank Drops when needed ($400+) Large bills and CC receipts under register.

Clear tunnel or debris, move in garbage, close and lock tunnel doors/windows.

Unlock tunnel doors, open entrance/windows, move garbage out.

Radio for change, manager must be present. Radio for empty car or any extras purchased.

Count out drawer, leave copy of count out on drawer for opening shift. Approx. $200 left in drawer.

Count in drawer. Ensure safe passage of cars, dedication to helpful and friendly customer service.

Receipts and profits in envelope, with date/time/amount in drawer.

2 wet downs, 1 bronze ghost wash. Check wash for empty soaps, listen for and look for broken machinery, or malfunctioning equipment.

Drop envelope in the office, return radio to the lobby.

Duties• Empty garbage.• Spray for bugs during warm months.• Remove loose / damaged antennas, remove all Toyota antennas.• Remove all large hitches, check all truck beds.• Check and fix vacuum hoses when slow.• Walk through tunnel at beginning and end of day to check for debris.

• You have the power to deny anyone service if their vehicle is unfit for passing, first offer a hand wash if it applies. if they challenge you or claim to have been through before, radio a manager for a final decision

• You have the option to load their car if they are unable to load into the tunnel themselves, or have failed and has become a danger to you and tunnel equipment.

• At any time during an interaction with a customer you feel unsafe or unable to reason with them, radio or find a manager to assist you.

• Dually trucks• Height above (7’3”) Wheel width larger than (325mm or 12”) or

custom body work.• Trucks with excessive dirt/sand in bed or items that could blow out,

get stuck, or break apart in the wash. (cardboard, untreated plywood, garbage) some stuff in the bed is permissible, use your own discretion.• Any vehicle with excessive dirt, mud, berries, or tar on the exterior of

the car.

Safety Cont.

• Utilize emergency stop to ensure safety. Keep hands and feet away from moving conveyor.

• Always keep eyes on vehicle while loading, and sending. Be aware of your surroundings at all times.

• We do not do ice removal or guarantee ice removal in the car wash. Excessive ice can cause scratches to the car if left on through the wash.

Safety Cont.Retracting car wash equipment

Top Brush Retract - For custom jeep and truck lights, grills, spoilers, and roof-racks if small enough to pass. Any lip for the wraps to grab.

Wraps Retract - for custom license plate holders, old cars with pieces sticking out, large and potentially dangerous truck hitches.

Wheel Brush Retract - all wheels pass fine, only if a customer requests them to be retracted should you.

Top Blower Retract - for body gloss during the summer, to prevent early drying of the spay wax.

• Commission on all sales. Keep track and update Frank every week on progress.

• Write name on all brochures, tell customers to return with it.

• Offer to refund customers after the wash if they sign up. Gives customer the opportunity to see our wash services.

• We accept competitors coupons for washes of equal or lesser value.

• Follow all expiration dates.

• Must have the physical coupon, no online coupons accepted.

• Detail center and Lube have different coupon policies, refer other coupon questions to the correct manager.

House Accounts- Always input plate to ensure

correct billing.- Follow instructions under each

house account to ensure correct services

- Shuttle Bus account gets “Shuttle” written on ticket for a customized interior. Large and small shuttles have separate pricing.

- Load stretch limos front wheels. Enter wash, then manually pop 2 rollers behind back tire.

Discounts- 50% off employee vehicles, immediate family

ONLY gets the same discount.- 15% off any club member extra car not on the

plan.- 15% off for online Yelp check-in and 15% off for

Howell High School discount cards.- 15% for Veterans and active duty military
