NOMINATIONS
This Lodge year ends April 30, 2017 and it’s time to start the nomination process to elect
your new Board of Officers for the coming year, May 1, 2017 - April 30, 2018. Any quali-
fied member desiring to be nominated for an elective office shall submit his name to the
Nominating Committee at least one week prior to the date the Committee is required to sub-
mit its report to the Lodge Membership on March 13th. The meetings of the Nominating
Committee are as follows:
1st Meeting - Monday, February 27 - 7:00 pm
2nd Meeting - Monday, March, 6 - 7:00 pm
Final Meeting - Monday, March 13 - 7:00 pm

At the regular Lodge Meeting
The Election of Officers will be conducted on Monday, April 3rd from 2:00 to 7:00 pm by
Australian Ballot (providing there is opposition of any elective office).
This is your Lodge and it is your exclusive privilege to vote for the nominee that you desire
to serve and represent your Lodge for the coming year. Come & Vote, it’s your right.

ELECTION OF CHAPTER OFFICERS 2017/2018
It’s that time again-now is your chance to step up and make a difference-run
for an office in your local WOTM Chapter. Any eligible member desiring to run
for an elective office shall submit her name to the Nominating Committee on a
Nomination Form prior to the start of the Nominating Committee meeting.
Nomination forms are located on the bulletin board for your convenience.
Nominating Committee dates are as follows: Feb 13 @ 7pm, Feb 20 @ 6 pm
and Feb 27 @ 7pm. A final Slate of Officers will be presented to the floor on
March 13th with the election being held on March 27th. We are only as strong
as the leaders we choose and the success of our Chapter depends upon you.
WAYS AND MEANS COMMITTEE MEETING
The annual Ways and Means Committee has been scheduled for Sunday,
February 5th at 3:00 pm. Members are invited to come and bring their families
to enjoy the Sunday lunch buffet at 1:00 pm. The buffet includes two meats,
three vegetables, rolls and drink with complimentary dessert for $10 per per-
son (tax included) with children under 6 eating for free. The Dining Room
opens at 11:30 if you prefer to beat the crowd. We hope you will join us for
this special event.
LONGERBERGER BASKET / POTTERY FUNDRAISER
Our last event was so much fun and such a success, we were asked to have
another fundraiser this year. So back by popular demand, Shelley Brown, has
agreed to sponsor another event on Tuesday, March 7th at 6:00 pm. Tickets
are $25.00 and include games, door prizes and a meal. See a local Chapter
member for your ticket as seating is limited.
