2016-2017 Academic YearThis document forms part of the admissions or continuation process for Green School. Please note all amounts are stated and collected in Indonesian Rupiah, as per Indonesian Central Bank regulations.

ADMISSION FEES for NEW STUDENTS (per student, in IDR)

Notes The Application Fee is non-refundable and is due at the time of application.

The Registration Fee is non-refundable, and is required to confirm a seat at the school or to hold a space on the waiting list. If Green School is unable to offer your child a place and you do not wish to remain on the waiting list, the registration fee will be fully refunded.

The Refundable Deposit is refundable in full at the end of the student's enrolment period provided no outstanding fees apply to the student's account.

ENROLMENT FOR NEW STUDENTS

The school's budget is determined based on enrolment numbers at the start of the academic year and financial commitments are made to faculty, staff and facilities investments accordingly, therefore new students are encouraged to enrol and pay for one full academic year (two semesters).

While the Green School experience is most impactful with at least a year’s engagement, Singlesemester enrolments are permitted. They are subject to an additional Single Semester Surcharge of20% of the school’s applicable semester tuition fee. In the event that a student remains for a second semester, the Single Semester Surcharge will be credited to the second semester’s tuition fees.

An amount equal to the Single Semester Surcharge is also applied to the first invoice of new students enrolling for a full year on a semester payment schedule. The amount is then subsequently credited against the second semester’s invoice.

Payment deadlines

Notes The Camp & Trip Fees are utilised for camps, trips and/or other off-campus learning

programmes.

The Resources Levy is utilised for learning materials and ICT infrastructure.

The Security Levy is utilised for upgrades to the school’s security programme.

Tuition and fees are subject to change at any time upon approval by the Board of Directors.

Green School will bill individually the costs of any exams outside of the curriculum that a student choses to take.

Please note the Term Payment is only available to students already on that schedule.

English as a Learner’s LanguageELL support is available to students for whom English is a foreign language. Students requiring ELL support are given a language assessment prior to being admitted to Green School. ELL support is provided for a fee by the School, which depends on the particular needs of the student.

In the event that a beginner, or low-intermediate student requires a full time ELL tutor or aide, then parents are wholly responsible for sourcing and covering the costs of such learning support. Whenever possible, Green School will facilitate finding a tutor, but the responsibility will still lie with the parents.

DISCOUNT & REFUND POLICIES

General discount policies A minimum enrolment commitment of one full year is required to be eligible for any

discount.

Discounts are only applicable to Tuition Fees.

Type of discount1. Early Payment Discount: If Tuition Fees are paid in full before 15 May 2016, a 4% discount

on Tuition Fees is offered.

2. Continuing Education Discount: Students who have been enrolled continuously at Green School since January 2011 or prior, are eligible to receive the following discount:

6.5% discount on Tuition Fees if paid in full before 15 May 2016.

3.0% discount on Tuition Fees if paid after 15 May 2016.

3. Sibling Discount: For families with more than one student attending Green School, additional sibling discounts apply. The oldest child pays full tuition. A 5% discount is given to the first sibling (when there are two children in the family); a 10% discount is given to thesecond sibling (when there are three children in the family); and a 25% discount is given to subsequent younger siblings. In order to receive the sibling discount, all students must be enrolled at Green School for a period of at least one full year.

Refunds policy Tuition Fees are not refundable.

The school's budget is determined based on enrolment numbers at the start of the academic year and financial commitments are made to faculty, staff and facilities investments accordingly. Therefore, requests for pro-rated tuition charges or refunds as a result ofillness, unexpected departures or extended holidays cannot be granted.

In the event that a student is required to leave for disciplinary reasons, Tuition Fees are forfeited.

Late paymentsThe Late Payment Fee is 3% per month and is applied to the total outstanding fee amounts from the payment deadline. Late payments will also result in the forfeiture of any applicable discounts.

The withholding of education to the student is the final position taken by the school in the event that late fees remain unpaid. Notice of pending withholding of education will be served once a family is one term behind on payment obligations and no payment schedule has been entered into with the Finance Department, or any previously agreed payment schedule has not been followed.

WITHDRAWAL OF STUDENTS

All families are prompted midway through the first and third terms to complete a continuation form to indicate their enrolment commitments and to secure places for the upcoming semester. To help the school manage enrolments efficiently, deposits are held against the commitments made.
