Prom 2011

Schedule of Events

• Prom - 7pm to 11pm• 6:45 – Grads start arriving at the SUB• 8:00 – Grand March : Grads and their guests

will parade out from the Atrium, between the pillars, and in through the SUB doors.

• 8:30 – Appetizers will be served • 10:00 – Grad photostory presentation• 10:45 – Last dance

Entrance

• Students may begin arriving at 6:45• Cars enter the UNB Campus from Montgomery

St. and proceed past the Aitken Centre, down Mackay Dr. and turn left onto Pacey Dr. Grads will exit their vehicle in front of the stone pillars.

• All vehicles arriving at prom must be licensed. If vehicles are not road-licensed, security will stop the vehicle from proceeding.

Tickets

• Tickets will go on sale in May. The cost is $20.• Tickets will be distributed to grads in June. • Students must purchase and pick up tickets

during scheduled lunch hours. No ticket transactions will take place during class time.

• Guests – Mr. Pottle

Expectations

• All school rules apply at Prom. – Consumption of drugs or alcohol will not be

tolerated.

• All prom guests will be searched before entering prom. Once searches have been conducted, guests are not permitted to leave the prom and re-enter.

• Please be respectful of all decorations and especially of teacher volunteers.
