To accept the condition of participation as above specified. The participant's expenses are covered by the Triton project up to a maximum of € 700.00. These include travel tickets, accomodation and meals according to the following specifications:

Travel from the students residence to the Summer School venue and back; Accommodation; Meals if not provided by the hosting organization (Costs for alcoholic beverages are not

eligible). Local transports (taxi is not eligible except when it can be demonstrated that no public

transport was available at the time and place needed). It is necessary using in any case the cheapest and strictly necessary travel, board and

lodging solutions. These expenses must be directly related to the activities of the Triton Summer School.

The participant have to keep all the expense documentation incurred for participation in the Summer School. The reimbursement will take place only and exclusively on the basis of the presented expense documents (receipts, receipts, travel tickets, invoices, declarations, etc.).

The reimbursement of the expenses directly incurred by the participant will take place exclusively following the delivery of the completed “Refund Card”, which ARTI will send to him after his return, accompanied by the original expense documents.

The participant expressly exempts ARTI from any and all civil and criminal liability on its own person and declares that it assumes full responsibility for any damage caused to third parties or property owned by third parties during its participation in the Summer School.
