History
This wine is made from the best soils ofour vineyard, with a majority of graves,
and voluntarily limited production (greenharvest).
Harvests are realized by hand in tray, followed by a rigorous selection of thegrape on table of optical sorting. After
alcoholic fermentation, the wine will growonly in new barrels for 18 months in our
monolithic cellars at Saint-Emilion.
Thanks to our research for perfection, nowadays theGreat Wine “MOULIN GALHAUD” is able to compete
with best wines of Saint-Emilion.
They are approved by a large majority and havealready received numerous distinctions, like “Coups
de cœur” from the Guide Hachette, Golden andSilver medals at Paris, Bordeaux and Bruxelles
contest).
Ageing
18 months in 100% new French oakbarrels.
