suite is $124 per night. All staying will received 10% off. Mention you are with
the 40/8 event. This is where the hospitality room will be and is four blocks from

RV’s: For those wishing to bring an RV; travel trailer, motor home, tent, etc. we
have reserved space for you directly across the street from the Post. Wells Fargo

Registration: Registration will be $75 for Voyageurs Militaire, $50 for Dames, and
$25 for guests. Registration at the event will be $80 and you will not have a
printed badge. Pre-registration cut off will be 6 March 2022.
Banquet: Location will be at Post 24. Menu will be smoked brisket or pulled pork,
corn on the cob, a roll, and salad. The cost of the meal is included in registration.
Promenade Brochure: Cost of ¼, ½, or Full page Ads will be $50 for ¼, $75 for ½,
and $100 for full page. Please email your ad in word or pdf to
Price for Boosters/In Memory of will be Boosters $2 per name, in Memory of $1.
Ad and Booster/In Memory of cut off will be 6 March 2022.

A Nationale Guest has been requested and approved for this event.
Transportation for the Nationaux guest to and from the airport and hotel has
been arranged. Please contact the Promenade Contact Chairman with any
questions.
The Hospitality Room is provided by the hotel free of charge. The Guard De La
Port will be responsible for the hospitality room.
