The term “grassroots” is a term used to denote any kind of effort that derives most of its power and reason for being from a community and from common ordinary people.

To strengthen the Phi Delta Theta International Fraternity and the impact it has on the fight against Lou Gehrig's disease through the fundraising and athletic efforts of its members.

2010 Goal - $100,000 (Achieved)

2011 Goal – Additional $200,000

2012 Goal - Additional $300,000

2013 Goal – Additional $400,000

End Goal - $1 million raised

$500,000 to PDT Foundation

Raise $1,000 with 50% going to ALS and 50% to the Phi Delta Theta Foundation
