• Increase Action Alert Response Rates – • Increase Affiliate reminders to members to respond to Action Alerts• Increase Field Interaction with Congress, Coordinating with DC• Exceed 80% of CD; 100% states coverage within 6 mos.• More use of letters to the local newspaper editors• More town hall meeting emphasis

• Reorganize Region Leadership More Regional VP’s to Serve fewer States and Support Chapters.

• Monthly conference calls to subsets of Regional VPs or delegates to get the job done. As a priority

• Likely involvement of AA in TX, So CA,IL and FL (main hubs)
