Feed wagons with capacities 6, 9, 11, 13 m3

serve to grind feeds and feed cattle. Practical analysis shows that thorough mixing and grinding of feed ingredients prevent feed waste, optimizes selection of feed ingredients and reduce rates of disease. Feed wagons contribute to significant increases in milk output. Cattle should have access to TMR dose 24 h /day.

Feed chutes are placed on both sides of the truck, making it possible to release feed from both sides at the same time (as an option the feed truck can be equipped with a single feed chute on either the left or right side of the truck).

A conveyor belt is located on the front part of the truck, the feeder design reduces the total width of the feed truck (recommended for narrow building entrances).

Feed chute located in the back of the feed truck can be used to distribute feeds for a herd not divided into groups.

The rugged stairs on both sides of the wagon ensure safe operation of the mixing process.

The modern vertical auger features 6, 8 or 10 knives depending on the wagon model. They ensure uniform grinding of feeds.

The counterknives are constructed of hardened steel and located on both sides of the truck.

An electronic scale is a necessary element of the wagon equipment. It helps to select the right portions of TMR feeds. It features ten feed programs. The large display ensures good visibility.

FOKA – Single row corn chaff cutter

The machine is designed to harvest corn for green fodder. The cutter breaks up the corn to fibres of 5 mm length. The plants cut by a pair of disc cutters are being fed by the pulling shafts on a set of twelve breaking up cutters. The broken up plants are led by the stream of air to a pulled trailer. Specially ribbed bottom of the size reduction chambers facilitates crushing of the seeds and thus improves the nutritional value of the resulting green forage. The chaff staff is controlled from the tractor cabin. The chaff cutter is suspended in the three point suspension system of the tractor and the trailer hangs on the chaff cutter. Standard equipment:
