The shown color palette is approved for use in ENAC branding materials. Within any one document only one color in addition to black should be used as an accent. We have chosen a mix of muted vibrant colors to convey a contemporary and creative palette.

While the logo will primarily be displayed in back with various background colors, it may also be displayed in white, or any other color so long as it is one of the approved colors outlined here or a color approved for special event branding. See the (sub)Urban Projections poster on page 11, for an example of untraditional colors being used in ENAC promotional materials for a speci!c event.

November 29, 2010

Dear Ms. O’Leary,

Thank you for taking the time to consider the (sub)Urban Projections project from Eugene Nomadic Arts Collaborative (ENAC) in your next Grassroots Grants cycle. As a relatively young, !ve-year old organization uniquely serving the greater Eugene area through contemporary art and multimedia programming, we are very excited about this project, our largest program undertaking to date.

As a small, community-based nonpro!t committed to developing diverse audiences, enhancing accessibility, and supporting emerging artists producing innovative work, the Meyer Memorial Trust’s Grassroots Grants program truly resonates with our organization’s mission, vision, and values. We look forward to the possibility of partnering with MMT to realize a successful (sub)Urban Projections festival, the !rst of its kind and scale in this part of Oregon.

Attached is our program proposal and Grassroots Grant application for (sub)Urban Projections, including a Board of Directors list, IRS Determination Letter, project description, budget, and board certi!cation. Thank you again for taking the time to consider our proposal. If you require any further information, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Sincerely,

Marissa LaubscherExecutive Director

The ENAC letterhead is designed to have a clean, contemporary lay-out. Strips of accent color are applied to the top and bottom, this color may be any approved ENAC color or pre-set event speci!c color correlat-ing to the department it comes from. The logo is placed in the upper left corner and a screen of the map is set in the lower right with contact information for assymetrical balance.

The ENAC bumper sticker is a fun way for ENAC supporters to promote the brand. It consists of the ENAC logo with one of ENAC’s approved colors serving as a background, allowing for a degree of personalizatin through color choice. Each bumper sticker measures 2.25” x 5.5”.

Here is an example of a display ad to be print-ed on 1/4 a page in the weekly newspaper. The map is enlarged behind the logo to create a transition into the ad content. Poplar Std font is used to draw attention to the main event, while Orator Std is used to provide contrast in providing the event details. Stencil is inte-grated at the bottom to ground the composi-tion. A dark border is employed to make the ad jump o" of the page. Hi-contrast graphic images are a standard for ENAC display ad-vertisments.

Event Specific DesignIn the case of speci!c ENAC events, graphic standards may be supplemented by event-speci!c standards. This allows each ENAC event to stand out with creative distinction.

This design was created speci!-cally for the (sub)Urban Projections festival. While all supporting educa-tional documents still conformed to the ENAC standards outlined in this document, they implemented the custom color-palette. These event-speci!c design elements were used for all marketing materials including program guides. They include:

A custom color palette:
