This Portfolio is a representation of what I have done this year in graphic design 2 and 3 using Adobe Creative Suite CS5. There are a collection of Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign projects that I was assigned. As well as a project that I took up on my own time.

This project was a simple but fun one, we looked at a group of photos done in this similar fashion. We set out to duplicate the effect with our own photos. After a couple of classes playing with different effects this is the final result that I achieved.

Gresham Band T-ShirtD E S C R I P T I O N

I am a member of the Gresham High School’s Wind Symphony. I play french horn, and I was tasked with coming up with a concept for a t-shirt for the band. After some collective voting this was the design that was chosen. The Design on the left was done in illustrator, and resides on the front of the final T-Shirt. The Design on the right Was also done in illustrator and was placed on the back of the T-Shirt.

Magazine Advertisement D E S C R I P T I O N

We chose a set of ten ideas for a magazine advertise-ment, then our teacher selected one of the ideas and we had to create an advertisement. The one on the left is my original design, and the one on the right is after all of the changes I made. There are however still a few improvements I could make. GO

Shoe tracingD E S C R I P T I O N

This project was simple, but time consuming. I found a picture of a Nike running shoe. I then proceeded to manually trace every significant detail of the shoe to achieve a close likeness of the shoe. I did however have trouble tracing the shocks.

PYP TicketD E S C R I P T I O N

This project was fun. I hand drew about half of the vectors on the right side of the ticket. The right side of the ticket is the front and the left side is the back. We chose the topic of the admission ticket we wanted to do and then we went on our own to get it done. This is my final result.

Every year a student planner is printed and given to every student at Gresham High School, there is a competition for the cover design. This is my design, I spent about five or six days on this.

We were given a list of literary elements, I chose Italic Font, and we were told to create a poster explaining the element and featuring it. I created this with the help of a color pallet off of Kuler. Raptor.
