SHUTTLE INFORMATION & ETIQUETTE• Please be at the shuttle stop 5 minutes prior to the scheduled
time. In order to maintain an on-time schedule, drivers are unable to wait for passengers. Be sure to fold all strollers before boarding.
• The final run of the day (starting at 10 p.m. on Monday-Saturday and 6 p.m. on Sunday) stops at the restaurants and attractions only as reflected on the schedule to enable visitors to return to hotels. Passengers are responsible for their own transportation if they miss the last scheduled shuttle.
• Smoking, eating and drinking are not permitted.• A driver may refuse to transport a passenger under the influence
of alcohol, illegal or dangerous substances or whose behavior or language appears abusive, offensive, disorderly or dangerous to the driver or other passengers.
• Service dogs are permitted on the shuttle but pets are not.• Shuttles are accessible for common wheelchairs that are
equipped with tie-down strap attachments. Each shuttle can accommodate two wheelchairs.
• No bicycles are permitted.• Visitors who depart their hotels during the last hour of operation
are responsible to find their own return transportation.• Due to its small size, the Grapevine Visitors Shuttle is not able
to provide transfers for groups. Groups need to contract with a private charter service.
• Times may vary due to traffic. Shuttles follow a fixed route. To maintain the schedule, drivers cannot deviate from the route.
• Shuttles do not run on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.
