congregations who are boldly moving along the continua.

Demonstrate leadership’s commitment to High Impact Model
Describe High Impact Model(s) in 2014-15 and plans for 2012-13. Includes percentage of total children expected to participate
Plans for professional learning, including assessment and powerful learning
Budget that includes use of $2,500 grant demonstrates how the congregations will direct resources from current budget to provide matching funds for ongoing professional learning, engagement in communal network and expansion of high impact model

Describe High Impact Model in 2014-15 and plans for 2012-13.

Budget demonstrates use of $10,000 grant demonstrates how
the congregations will direct resources from current budget to
fund ongoing professional learning, engagement in communal
network and expansion of high impact model. (e.g.$5,000 next
year, $7,000 in 2013-14, etc)
ERP Model of Jewish Learning:
Total $12,500 grant
In addition to whole-person learning, assessment and
professional learning, congregations will:
Work with one or two ERPs to create a new year-long
educational model
Funds for new models of Jewish learning will be used for
designing a new model, programmatic expenses, additional
faculty (if needed), marketing, and professional learning.
$12,500 for continued work on present High Impact Model and
planning for an ERP Model (example: mending the world at the
center: Teva/Hazon)
5 hours a month of organizational/educational consultant
Camp-Connect Model:
Total $50,000 grant over 3 years
*Renewal ONLY*
$2500 for continued work on present High Impact Model
Plus up to $50,000 over 3 years
5 hours a month of organizational/educational consultant
In addition to whole-person learning, assessment and
professional learning, congregations will:
Work with the Foundation for Jewish Camp to create a new
year-long educational model
Funds for new models of Jewish learning will be used for
designing a new model, programmatic expenses, additional
faculty (if needed), marketing, incentives for overnight camp
and professional learning.

New Model Grants will be awarded
based on the following criteria:
Re-direct resources to High Impact Models
Alignment of a models to goals for learners
Significantly increase the number and percentage of
learners in high impact models
Clear plan to achieve goals for high impact model
Demonstrated capacity to reach goals (2011-12)
Leadership Teams take stock
