COMES NOW the people of the Grand Jury Petition in accordance with K.S.A.

20-311d(a), K.S.A. 20-311d(b) for a change of judge, and K.S.A. 20-311e and states as

follows:

1. Plaintiff believes a change of judge in accordance with K.S.A. 20-311d(a) is

appropriate in this case and that is why Plaintiff has filed this MOTION FOR

CHANGE OF JUDGE.

2. Plaintiff shall not state the grounds for the partys belief for a change of judge in

accordance with K.S.A. 20-311d(a).

3. Plaintiff should be prohibited from contempt in accordance with K.S.A. 20-311e for

filing this motion.

4. Plaintiff will file the affidavit for change of judge in accordance with K.S.A.

20-311d(b) if this motion is denied and state the reasons that Plaintiff feels a change

of judge is needed in the affidavit in accordance with K.S.A. 20-311d(a) and K.S.A.

20-311d(b).

WHEREFORE, Plaintiff prays to the Court, under K.S.A. 20-311d for the court

to promptly hear the MOTION FOR CHANGE OF JUDGE informally and

disqualify/recuse from case number 15CV04G and for this case to be assigned to a

new judge out of the 11th judicial district that has subject-matter jurisdiction.
