Below is my recipe for the Fruit Cocktail Graham Cake: What You Need: 2 Packs Graham crackers 2 packs All Purpose Cream 850 g fruit cocktail 1 small can condensed milk 2 pcs. ripe mangoes Procedure: 1. Layer the graham crackers on the bottom of your square or rectangle- shaped pan. Use crushed graham to fill the spaces between the crackers. 2. In a separate bowl, combine the all purpose cream, condensed milk and fruit cocktail. Spread some of it over the crackers. My tip, make your first layer of filling really thin. For sure you don't want your crust to turn out tender and soaked, right? 3. Layer another set of graham crackers then pour some filling over them. You can make a thicker one this time as this is the middle part of your cake. Repeat this step until you reach the top of the pan. 4. Pour the remaining fillings, covering the last set of graham. Top the cake with shredded ripe mangoes and pineapple bits. No need to buy a separate can of pineapple bits. You can just use the ones from the fruit cocktail can, just like what I did. 5. Cover and chill. Serves 6-8. Enjoy! The permalink
