Ability and Skills Assessments GradEU8 Solutions Ltd partners with an external provider of online ability and skills assessments that can be used during the screening process to help identify potential candidates. Administering assessments to applicants before interviewing them can improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the employment process and could save time spent interviewing individuals who do not have the basic skills and abilities needed. As with all of our flexible solutions, you can choose to outsource individual aspects of the campus recruitment solutions.
