GRAD CEREMONY REHEARSAL 8:00 - 11:00 am Mandatory Rehearsal at UVic Auditorium

8:00 Pay for parking

8:20 Doors open at UVic

8:25 Be Seated

Be on time –  we will start without you! ~ Attendance is Mandatory ~  

If you are absent for any reason you will NOT be allowed to participate in the evening

ceremony.

Students will not be allowed to leave the rehearsal early for hair appointments etc.

11:00 –

 4:00 pm Family time

RECOGNITION CEREMONY 

4:20 Arrive at UVIc – Pay for Parking

Slide show begins – encourage parents to take their seats

4:30 GRAD Group Photo (taken behind the UVic Centre Auditorium)

Don’t be late or you will miss being in the photo!

4:45 Line up for the ceremony

5:00 7:15 pm Ceremony

7:15 Walk to Cadboro Dining Room (UVic)

DINNER/DANCE 

7:30 All students and guests will be personally greeted by Administration

-students can be turned away if there is any hint of inappropriateness

~ no refunds ~

Buffet dinner – tables will be called up in order (listen for your table number)

All seating is pre-arranged. See Sue Brennan if you have any questions

11:15 - 11:30 pm Load Buses and drive to Eagle Ridge

DRY GRAD 

Midnight - 4 am

  Arrive at Eagle Ridge

  Pass through Security

-students can be turned away if there is any hint of inappropriateness

  Change into casual clothes (deodorant and toothpaste provided)

Clothing drop off at Spectrum Friday, June 20 th 3pm-6pm & Saturday, June 21st 10am-4pm

You must have you clothes pre-checked in and labelled in order to change the night of the Dry Grad!

  Midnight Meal and Snacks

Once you leave the City Centr e Park  entrance, you will not be allowed back in. 3:00 am Multiple Prize Give Away!

4:00 am Pick up

UVIC Parking

Day permits and hourly parking are available from dispensers at a rate of $1.25/hour to a maximum of

$7.50/day. Dispensers for day permits are conveniently located in all numbered lots outside Ring Road,

including the Ian Stewart Complex lot. They accept quarters, $1 coins, $2 coins, Visa and Mastercard.

Gordon Head Campus (Excluding the University Center Parkade)

  $1.25 per hour or portion

  $7.50 daily maximum until 11:59 pm

  $2.50 evening maximum from 6:00 pm - 11:59 pm

  $2.50 maximum for Saturday

  $30.00 weekly permit valid 7 days from date and time of purchase

University Center Parkade

  $1.25 per hour or portion

  $15.00 daily maximum
