It provided all manufacturing companies a plat- form to have great exposure, with an op- portunity to meet retailers who make pur- chasing decisions, said a press release issued by GRA. The trade sow was inaugurated by chief guest General David Poythress, who is in the fray for Governor of Geor- gia; and directors of GRA. Besides receiving free samples and best discounted deals from the vendors, the trade show brought an opportunity for retailers to take part in raffle draws every 30minutes, and free lunch. Retailers enjoyed the business deals all day along, along with a happy outing with their family. The convenience of operating both businesses from the same location was an attractive proposition for Jiwani. “This food place has great potential,” he says. “I know that with quality food, good man- agement and by treating the customer right, I can bring the business back.” “We take the customer’s advice about the food we serve seriously. We strive to get it right,” he adds. Chinese Dhaba has mouth watering Indo-Chinese favorites on its menu includ- ing popular items like chicken bullet, gobi manchurian, vegetable coins in manchurian sauce, crispy chili paneer, chicken manchurian, chicken szechuan, chili garlic noodles and sea food dishes. The menu also has sweet new additions like the shahi kulfi falooda with lots of nuts, and ice creams in Indian flavors like anjeer, kaju draksh and mango. Already, with word-of-mouth news about Jiwani taking over the eat- ery, customers are flocking back to Chinese Dhaba he says, adding: “We have started to get customers from neighboring states as well.” Chinese Dhaba is a family run business. Jiwani’s wife Mubarak, who is a great cook herself, helps in the running of the eatery, and is the backbone of his businesses. They have also retained the three chefs from the earlier Chinese place.
