Participation in management tours offers a unique opportunity to discover the real reason behind business success. Understanding the origins of success usually comes from monitoring, analysis, and communication with top managers who lay the foundations for a company’s future. When drawing up the tour program, we focus on the four principal elements: innovation, technology, working principles, and the people.

ManagEMEnT TOUR FORMaTS

Corporate tours

• The tour program is based entirely on the customer’s requirements and the company’s key strategic development objectives.

• The program is approved by the client company.• There is an option of integrating internal management

and innovation sessions into the program. if such an option is taken, FastForward invites a facilitator, a repre-sentative of a top business-school, or a business guru to hold internal sessions in between visits to companies.

• number of participants: 15-20 representatives of one company.

open tours

• The tour program is based on an in-depth study of the achievements and strengths of the successful companies included in the program.

• fastforward selects case meetings and visits to opera-tion facilities and offers them to potential participants.

• The number of participants: 15-20 representatives of different companies.

Management tour Concept

• Top managers have read all the business bestsellers long ago. now, managers want to gain practical knowledge, and in order to do so they have to listen, watch, touch, and understand things first hand.

• Conventional business education can offer merely a general view of business. it is only a practical study of

successful business that can provide real hands-on expertise straight from the source.

• Management tour is an ideal way to observe a potential partner’s work and to see which innovations are worthy of attention and which are a waste of time and effort.

• This is the best way to motivate and develop your company’s talents, strengthen loyalty, and inspire an innovative way of thinking.

• Each visit sparks innovative groundbreaking ideas which will help your company work out a development strategy for the next few years.
