The Gas Processing Projects Business Unit offers Design, Engineering, Project Management, Procurement, Modularization, Construction and Commissioning services to the Oil and Gas industry. Projects are executed on lump sum turnkey basis with single-point responsibility or as or as module supply with detailed engineering, carried out either by L&T Engineering Centers or L&T-Chiyoda Limited, a JV of Chiyoda Corporation, Japan and L&T.

L&T, along with Zubair Group of Oman, has established a state-of-the-art Fabrication yard at Sohar in Oman, primarily for oil & gas projects in the Middle East, Asia, Africa and the North Sea.

In addition to providing a logistic advantage in the regions, the yard also offer oil companies all-important “round-the-year” delivery capability.

The yard is capable to fabricate and load-out a range of complex facilities such as large Offshore oil & Gas Process Decks, Jack-up Rigs, Floating Production Storage and offloading Vessels (FPSO), etc. as per International standards.

Annual Capacity : 50,000 MT

Load-out : In excess of 20,000 MT
